Our personal REI business model focuses on rehabilitating distressed properties, primarily in underserved communities, and providing affordable housing options for those in need. We also serve as a conduit for like-minded individuals who are interested in partnering and learning more about the real estate game.

In addition to real estate investing, Shaun is a Certified Christian Life Coach and Certified CoachTrainer.

Do I need a lot of money to get started?

There are many strategies that you can implement with smaller amounts of cash to get started in real estate investing.

Do I need to get a Real Estate License to get started?

No. You can become a Real Estate Investor without having a license. When building your team, you will partner with like-minded realtors so that you can focus on your "Zone of Genius".

How much time will it take to complete this course?

This is a self-paced course and you can take it at a pace that aligns with your lifestyle. You will also receive extended access to this course throughout a 12 month period, so you can review materials as needed.

How will the course be delivered?

After enrolling, you will receive an email with a registration link to access the portal. The online portal contains modules, teachpoints, videos and downloadable materials.

What if I have questions during the course?

You can submit questions to dsv@dsvlegacyestates.com. Additionally, we will hold monthly calls with built in Q&A segments.

Will I automatically be charged if I enroll in the easy payment plan?
